Job DescriptionFloral Designer Éscolática Floral Atelier \& Boutique is seeking a talented Floral Designer to help grow our floral program. While we're a growing boutique, we have an exciting vision for expanding into weddings, corporate floral accounts, private events, and luxury installations. We're looking for someone who is excited to help build that future with us. This is a hands\-on design role with opportunities to grow into greater responsibilities as our business expands. Responsibilities * Design fresh floral arrangements for the boutique. * Process and care for fresh flowers. * Maintain floral inventory and supplies. * Assist customers with floral selections. * Create floral recipes and seasonal displays. * Help prepare proposals and mood boards. * Assist with weddings, events, and recurring floral accounts as the business grows. * Photograph floral work for social media (a plus). Qualifications * Professional floral design experience preferred. * Strong eye for color, texture, and composition. * Passion for flowers and creativity. * Excellent organizational skills. * Friendly and professional with clients. * Comfortable working independently. * Weekend availability. We'd Love If You Have * Wedding floral experience. * Event installation experience. * Social media or photography skills. * Portfolio or Instagram showcasing your work.
