Why I'm doing this

The job market is opaque, and a little broken. Official figures don't match the reality of my field. Job boards drown you in recycled listings. And nobody tells you where companies are really hiring, or what your profile is really worth.

I looked for an honest tool that answered that. I didn't find one. Coding is my job — so I decided to build it myself. First for my own search. Then for everyone else in the same boat.
