**Location:** East Village, Manhattan, NY **Position Type:** Full\-Time **Pay:** Starting at $18an hour \+ keep your own tips. Most team members average $22\-26/hour total compensation. What You'll Do * Prepare and serve espresso drinks, coffee beverages, matcha, and specialty drinks * Scoop and serve gelato and other desserts * Assist customers with product recommendations and purchases * Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately * Restock inventory and maintain attractive product displays * Keep the café clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the day * Open and/or close the store following company procedures * Help package online, catering, and corporate orders as needed * Represent the BKLYN MACS brand with professionalism and enthusiasm What We're Looking For * Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills * Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently * Previous café, coffee shop, bakery, ice cream, or retail experience preferred * Ability to multitask in a fast\-paced environment * Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs * Availability to work weekends and holidays * NYC Food Protection Certificate is a plus (or willingness to obtain one) Ideal Candidate You enjoy interacting with people, take pride in your work, have a positive attitude, and genuinely care about creating a great customer experience.
