Retail Sales Associate

As a Market \& Brand Representative at Black Moon Co., you'll be the face of our brand at pop\-up markets, festivals, and special events throughout the Charlotte area. This role is centered around creating genuine connections with customers, educating them about our handcrafted products, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You'll be responsible for setting up and breaking down event displays, assisting customers with product recommendations, processing sales, maintaining an organized booth, and helping create a welcoming, engaging atmosphere. On select events, you'll also assist with our Aura Photography experience. We're looking for someone who is outgoing, dependable, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast\-paced environment. The ideal candidate loves interacting with people, takes pride in representing a growing small business, and is excited to be part of creating memorable experiences for our customers. Responsibilities * Represent Black Moon Co. professionally and provide exceptional customer service at pop\-up markets and events. * Greet customers and create a warm, welcoming shopping experience. * Educate customers about our products and help them find the best fit for their needs. * Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals. * Set up, organize, and break down market displays, tents, tables, and inventory. * Restock products and keep displays clean, organized, and visually appealing throughout the event. * Process transactions accurately using our point\-of\-sale system. * Assist with inventory counts before and after events. * Help customers with Aura Photography experiences when scheduled. * Lift, transport, and load/unload market equipment and inventory. * Maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast\-paced environment. * Communicate effectively with the team and follow event schedules and procedures. * Represent the values and image of Black Moon Co. both during and outside of events.
