From creating smiles to being number \#1 we want you to come join the fun! **Job Description** As an RPM Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the first and sometimes only point of contact for our customers. You play a key role in creating smiles by making lives easier through excellent service, professionalism, and a positive attitude. You represent the Domino’s brand and help create a welcoming experience for every Customer. **DUTIES \& RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders. * Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards. * Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards. * Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards. * Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership. * Demonstrate effective time management and multi\-tasking in a fast\-paced environment. * Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently. * Support inventory organization and restocking activities. * Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment. **COMPENSATION \& BENEFITS** * Variable hourly position with competitive pay. * Flexible scheduling and Team Member product discounts. * Medical, Dental, Vision coverage available for eligible Team Members averaging 30\+ hours per week during the designated measurement period. * 401(k) program available for eligible Team Members. * Ongoing training and development through RPM Pizza College. * Opportunities for growth, leadership development, and community involvement.
