Support high\-volume production processes to meet daily demand efficiently and accurately * Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, slicers, and pastry tools safely and effectively * Decorate cakes and pastries with precision, creativity, and attention to detail to meet customer specifications * Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to food safety management protocols and ensuring proper sanitation practices * Package baked goods carefully for retail display or catering orders while ensuring product quality and presentation * Follow food handling guidelines diligently to uphold hygiene standards and ensure customer safety **Experience** * Previous experience in food production, baking, or pastry preparation is highly preferred * Knowledge of cake decorating techniques and pastry arts is a plus * Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment and basic math skills for measurements and recipe adjustments * Experience working in high\-volume bakery or catering environments demonstrates ability to thrive under pressure * Strong understanding of food safety management practices and adherence to hygiene standards in a commercial kitchen setting * Customer service experience in a food industry context enhances communication skills with team members and clients * Practical kitchen experience within restaurants o
