Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* As Director of Human Resources, you will partner with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies that support White Lodging's goals and objectives.
* Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the hiring of qualified individuals who contribute to the hotel's success.
* Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by managing associate relations, addressing concerns, and resolving conflicts.
* Ensure the adoption and utilization of performance management systems to evaluate associate performance, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for development.
* Follow White Lodging compensation plans and ensure the hotel remains competitive in the market by completing market analysis regularly.
* Deliver White Lodging training programs to enhance associate skills, knowledge, and performance.
* Track and analyze HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and identify areas for improvement.
* Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities.
* WHAT YOU'LL BRING
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a hospitality setting.
* Certification in Human Resources preferred (SHRM\-SCP, SPHR, etc.)
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with fellow associates and leaders.
* Excellent organization and communication skills.
* Competencies required for this role include creating a service reputation, drivin
