**Pizza Cook** As a Pizza Cook at Pizza Supreme Being, you are responsible for producing consistently high\-quality pizzas while maintaining the speed, organization, and cleanliness required in a high\-volume kitchen. This position requires strong technical pizza\-making skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. *Qualified candidates must be able to:* * Hand stretch pizza dough consistently while maintaining proper shape and quality. * Produce and manage dough according to established recipes, fermentation schedules, and quality standards. * Demonstrate a strong understanding of mise en place by preparing, organizing, stocking, and maintaining all ingredients and equipment before and throughout service. * Prepare both whole pizzas and slice pies while meeting company standards for quality, consistency, and ticket times. * Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation at all times. * Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including opening, service, closing, cleaning, labeling, dating, and product rotation. * Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and health department requirements. * Communicate effectively with teammates to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations. * Work with urgency while maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
