**Job Overview** Ghee Indian Kitchen is a Michelin Star rated concept based in South Florida. This will be our first Atlanta location. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with experience in fine dining or catering environments. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high\-quality meals to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness. **Duties** * Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. * Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including equipment and utensils. * Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines, ensuring proper food handling at all times. * Assist in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for seasonal offerings. * Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service periods. * Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed. * Maintain proper knife skills for efficient meal preparation. **Experience** * Previous experience in a culinary role, preferably within the restaurant or catering industry. * Familiarity with dietary department practices or as a dietary aide is advantageous. * Demonstrated knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling. * Experience with menu planning and meal preparation for diverse dietary needs is a plus. * Strong cooking skills with an emphasis on fine dining techniques. * Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
