Job description
UMB’s bottom line is directly impacted by the growth of our commercial loan portfolio and revenue generating lines of business in **Treasury Management and Commercial Card.** The team consists of Commercial Relationship Managers, Treasury/Card Sales Officers, Account Executives, and Implementation Specialists. This team manages the commercial payments relationships throughout its life – developing meaningful connections with management of companies, government and non\-profits they serve. Always mindful of the changes in the company, its industry, etc., over time that might create a change in their financial service needs.
As a **Supervisor****Commer****ci****al****Client Advisor,**you will have the Commercial Card Client Advisor team as direct reports and be their point of escalation for client issues and will report directly to the Manager of Commercial Card Programs Service \& Support. This role will also serve as a knowledge point for any day\-to\- day training and questions that come from the team. Will escalate any situations as needed to the Manager.
**How you will spend****you****r****time:**
* Function as the subject matter expert and point of contact for the Commercial Client Advisor team.
* Perform consultation, research, and recommend solutions for complex card program inquiries, issues and escalations to appropriate resolution.
* Serve as the point of escalation that is available to the team for their immediate needs. If a client needs to speak to a manager or an employee needs assistance on how to work an item.
* Assist with the onboarding and training of new hires. Responsible for keeping policies, process and procedure documents updated.
* Track client issues \& resolution, work with appropriate resources to ensure follow up and best practices with client and business partner(s).
* Provide proactive communication with clients and internal business partners regarding all components of client experience and set best practice expectations.
