**SUMMARY:** Texas Public Radio (TPR) is seeking a strategic, collaborative, and people\-focused Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of the organization's human resources function while fostering an engaging, inclusive, and high\-performing workplace culture. Based in San Antonio, this manager will oversee key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, succession planning, compensation management, benefits administration, compliance, employee relations, and performance management. You'll partner with leadership to develop and implement people strategies that support organizational goals, strengthen employee engagement, and ensure HR practices align with business objectives and strategic plan.
