Job description
The Dual Property Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales across two boutique hotel properties by proactively soliciting, securing, and managing group, transient, and corporate business. This position develops and executes sales strategies tailored to each property’s market position, builds and maintains relationships with local businesses, event planners, and partners, and works closely with the General Manager and revenue management team to maximize occupancy and rate across both properties.
The ideal candidate is a results\-driven sales professional who can balance the needs of two properties while maintaining a high standard of client service, follow\-up, and account management.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

*Sales Strategy and Business Development*
* Execute sales strategies and action plans for both properties to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
* Proactively solicit new group, corporate, and transient business through outside sales calls, networking, and prospecting.
* Identify and pursue new market segments and business opportunities for each property.
* Organize site visits and property tours for prospective clients.
* Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and rate negotiations in accordance with company guidelines.
* Maintain an active and accurate pipeline of leads, prospects, and accounts using the company’s CRM or sales tracking system.
*Account and Relationship Management*
* Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, event planners, and local businesses.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts across both properties.
* Conduct regular account reviews to identify growth opportunities and address client needs.
*Revenue Management and Reporting*
