**Desnuda Cocina \& Bar is a new trendy restaurant that will be opening soon in the South End. From the team behind Gigi, ILONA**, **and KAVA Neo\-Taverna, we will be offering Latin cuisine in a very high\-energy environment. We are looking for candidates who can keep up with the fast pace, with the ability to grow with our team, and take advantage of upcoming career advancement opportunities.**
**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and passionateLineCook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service and culinary arts, with experience in meal preparation and catering. This role is essential in delivering high\-quality meals that meet dietary needs and preferences while maintaining the highest standards of food handling and safety.
**Responsibilities**
* Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines.
* Assist in menu planning, including catering options for special events.
* Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients.
* Utilize kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives and other cooking tools.
* Collaborate with dietary aides and other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal service.
* Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist in ordering as needed.
* Provide assistance during meal service, ensuring timely delivery of meals to customers or clients.
