**Responsibilities:*** **Supervision:** Manage, train, and mentor line cooks and BOH staff to ensure proper food handling and efficient service.
* **Quality Control:** Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation match established recipes and standards.
* **Operational Support:** Organize station setup, manage inventory levels, and assist with ordering supplies.
* **Safety \& Sanitation:** Maintain strict compliance with hygiene and safety regulations (temperature checks, cleaning protocols).
* **Culinary Execution:** Prep, cook, and plate menu items, often working multiple complex stations during service.
**Qualifications:*** **Experience:** Usually 2–5 years of cooking experience, with experience in a supervisory or senior role.
* **Skills:** Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities.
* **Knowledge:** Deep understanding of food safety, culinary techniques, and inventory management.
