**Commercial Director, US** =========================== **Location:** United States (Remote with extensive travel) **Reporting to:** CEO **Compensation:** $200,000–$250,000 Base Salary \+ Benefits \+ Potential Incentive Package **Start Date:** 1st September 2026 Ivy Farm is pioneering the future of meat. Our mission is to create real, guilt\-free meat in a radically more sustainable way, addressing the climate impact of industrial agriculture while delivering products that are better for people, animals, and the planet. We have developed cultivated Wagyu beef that delivers the taste, nutrition, and performance consumers expect from premium beef, while dramatically reducing environmental impact and eliminating the need for animal slaughter. Following regulatory approval, anticipated in late 2026/early 2027, we will launch into the U.S. market with a focus on premium burgers, sausages, and blended beef applications. With production costs expected to reach commodity\-level pricing and a scalable manufacturing strategy already in development, we are entering a critical commercial phase. We are seeking an exceptional commercial leader to build our U.S. business from the ground up. **The Opportunity** ------------------- This is not a traditional sales role. As Commercial Director, US, you will lead Ivy Farm’s market entry into one of the world’s largest and most important protein markets. You will be responsible for developing the commercial strategy, building customer relationships, educating the market, securing strategic partnerships, and ultimately generating meaningful commercial commitments ahead of full\-scale launch. You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to establish Ivy Farm as a category\-defining player in cultivated meat.
