The role also provides opportunities to collaborate closely with leadership and contribute to agency\-wide initiatives and operational success. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:* Strong knowledge of Louisiana State Civil Service Rules and HR practices * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational and time management abilities * Experience with HRIS systems, preferably ADP Workforce Now * Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word **Minimum Qualifications** -------------------------- Five years of human resources experience; OR Six years of full\-time experience in any field plus two years of human resources experience; OR A bachelor’s degree plus two years of human resources experience; OR An advanced degree in human resources, business administration, public administration, industrial and organizational psychology, organizational behavior, or a Juris Doctorate plus one year of human resources experience. EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION: Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full\-time work
