We close DAILY at 3p.m.** ***IF YOU CAN'T WORK WEEKENDS 6a to \~345p \- DON'T APPLY*** Line Cook Requirements: * **Must be able to MULTI\-TASK in FAST\-PACED environment.** * **Must be energetic** * **Must be able to work at consistent pace** * **Must complete slips in timely manner.** * **Must have skill set to be able to cook ALL ITEMS on menu (within 90 days).** * **Must be able to cook all items on an ENTIRE slip and plate in a timely manner \- when needed (Weekdays).** * Take instructions from lead line cooks. * Prep work as required. * ServSafe Certification preferred. * Other restaurant duties as required.
