**What You'll Be Doing**

No two days are the same—and that's exactly why we love this role.
One morning you might be coaching a General Manager through a difficult employee conversation. By lunch, you're celebrating a promotion with an associate who's worked hard to earn it. The afternoon might include reviewing people metrics, leading leadership training, or helping a hotel navigate change.
You'll partner with hotel leaders to build strong teams, develop future leaders, and create workplaces where people can do their best work.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
* Coaching General Managers and Regional Directors through real people challenges.
* Building trusted relationships with leaders across multiple hotels.
* Supporting employee relations, investigations, and performance management.
* Leading onboarding and orientation for new leaders.
