Flynn is seeking to hire roofers through the UNION Local 20!   Job Summary: Work collaboratively as part of a crew to waterproof and install commercial roofing systems, including fully‑adhered and mechanically fastened single‑ply membranes (TPO, EPDM, PVC). Hiring all skill levels! Must join and hire through the Local 20 union- Journeyman pay: $39.05+  Ability to learn how to install commercial roofing systems including: TPO, EPDM, PVC, and others.   Experience with power tools, hand tools, and reading a tape measure Able to climb ladders, scaffolding, and work from heights Very comfortable working outdoors year-round Abide by our safety policies and procedures #LN-JN1 4/28/2026
