Customer Service and logistic (Import/Export/Cross Trade)

<p></p><p></p><p> </p> <p> <strong>We are looking for the candidate who is </strong> </p> <ul> <li>Fluent in English, German as both are the majority working languages in Basel area.</li> <li>French and Mandarin are not required but will be one of your advantage.</li> <li>Experienced in container shipping industry or logistic background i.e educational and working experience (especially in customer service at least 2-3 years).</li> <li>Good coordination skills.</li> <li>Team-oriented and good communication skills are required.</li> <li>Self motivated and flexible to make job function reshuffle.</li> <li>With great patience.</li> <li>Good PC and MS Office knowledge.</li> <li>Able to work full time ie 0830~1730 / Monday~Friday.</li> <li>Able to join from June 2025</li> </ul> <p> <strong>Customer service</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Daily contact with customers via phone calls and mails.Prepare shipping quotations as per customer requirement.</li> <li>Arrange the booking, coordinate the equipment and space availability.</li> <li>Coordinate the B/L instruction with documentation center.</li> <li>Issue the Invoice and B/L.</li> <li>Tracing the Invoice.</li> <li>Substitute for other job functions ie Import, Export, Cross trade business and Logistic.</li> </ul> <p> <strong> </strong> </p><p></p><p></p>
