Food and Beverage Supervisor

Description: As the **Food and Beverage Supervisor**, you will be responsible for assisting the Food and Beverage Manager with the short and long\-term planning oversight of the Food \& Beverage operations in the front and back of the house. You will plan and supervise the activities of a diverse workforce to ensure the smooth and profitable running of the business. ***This position may require flexible scheduling availability.*** Requirements: **Job Requirements:** * Assist in accurately forecasting food and beverage revenue/expenses * Assist in ensuring hotel staff is trained in financial control procedures for cash, vouchers, inventories, and receivables * Identify major revenue and expense opportunities and possible problems * Create and distribute team member schedules in a timely manner * Supervise day to day operations of food and beverage outlets * Manage and maintain the sanitation of the food and beverage areas and equipment in the hotel to protect the assets, comply with regulations and ensure quality service **Job Qualifications:** * Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the Food and Beverage/Hospitality profession.
