If you enjoy connecting with people, creating memorable customer experiences, and working in a positive, team\-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you. **Responsibilities** * Welcome customers and provide a warm, friendly, and personalized shopping experience. * Introduce customers to our teas, teaware, and brand story. * Prepare and serve tea samples following company procedures. * Open and close the store according to company procedures, ensuring all opening, closing, cash handling, and security procedures are properly completed. * Recommend products based on customers' preferences and confidently close sales. * Process cash and credit card transactions accurately using the POS system. * Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store. * Restock merchandise and monitor inventory throughout the day. * Assist with opening and closing procedures. * Follow company standards for customer service, cleanliness, and product presentation. * Communicate inventory needs and operational issues to management. **Qualifications** * Fluent in English \& Mandarin (additional languages are a plus). * Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is preferred but not required. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Friendly, outgoing, and confident when interacting with customers. * Passionate about providing exceptional customer service. * Self\-motivated, dependable, and able to work both independently and a
