Responsibilities: **What You’ll Do** * Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including scheduling, training, and supporting staff. * Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back\-of\-house spaces are cleaned and maintained according to established standards. * Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company and brand protocols. * Manage housekeeping inventory, including ordering and maintaining supplies and equipment. * Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries or complaints regarding housekeeping services. * Foster a positive work environment by mentoring staff, promoting teamwork, and modeling hospitality excellence. **What You’ll Bring** * Proven experience in housekeeping management, custodial services, or a related leadership role. * Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and housekeeping best practices. * Previous hospitality or hotel housekeeping experience is strongly preferred. * Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team. * High attention to detail and commitment to delivering consistent, high\-quality results. * Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as business needs require.
