This position delivers person\-centered services that promote independence, community integration, daily living skills, health, safety, and overall well\-being in accordance with each individual’s Person\-Centered Individualized Support Plan (PCISP). **Position Scope:** The HCSP is responsible for supporting individuals with daily living activities, personal care, behavioral support, community integration, health and safety monitoring, and skill\-building activities while maintaining compliance with BDS requirements, company policies, and individualized support plans. **Key Responsibilities:** The Home and Community Support Professional (HCSP) provides direct care and person\-centered support services to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in home and community\-based settings.
