PREP COOK / LINE COOK

Big Dog's Brewing Co. / Draft House is looking for great team members for the following open positions of, prep cooks and line cooks, with 3 years minimum experience in a high\-volume kitchen, Must have a valid Health Card, social security card and valid id/ driver's license, and flexible schedule, including weekends and nights. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 1\.5 years experience on both hot and cold lines, an understanding of proper food handling and be ready and willing to work high volume shifts in a clean and efficient manner. Must be self\-motivated, professional, and gracious and present a positive attitude to guests and fellow staff alike. A sense of urgency and understanding of food costs and portioning is a must. Other skills: Great communication skills\- ability to keep stations cleaned and organized\- compliance with all health regulations \- ability to arrange, prepare, opening and closing duties\- be able to plan, anticipate, and prepare ahead for high volume times.\- lift up to 50 lbs\- ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision. Basic grilling, frying, sautéing, and broiling skills a must. Work well with others as well as with little supervision.
