Boba Tea Barista

**Job Summary** We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail\-oriented Boba Barista to join our team. As a barista, you’ll be responsible for preparing high\-quality drinks, providing excellent customer service, and keeping the workspace clean and organized during both slow and busy hours. No experience is required—we provide training—but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential. **Responsibilities** * Prepare boba, milk tea, fruit tea, and specialty drinks according to recipes * Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly service * Handle cash register and payment systems when assigned * Follow opening, rush, and closing procedures * Restock ingredients, cups, lids, and toppings as needed * Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and shared areas * Communicate with team members to keep operations running smoothly * Follow food safety, hygiene, and company standards at all times **Qualifications** * Must be reliable, punctual, and responsible * Able to work in a fast\-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and consistency * Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 lbs * Available to work weekends and/or peak hours is a plus * Team\-oriented with a positive attitude What We Offer * $17/hour starting pay * Paid training * Supportive, team\-focused work environment * Flexible scheduling (based on availability and business needs) * Opportunity to grow within the team Join our team to deliver memorable experiences through exceptional beverages and outstanding service!
