Office & Front Desk Manager

Schedule: Part\-Time (3 Days/Week \| 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM) Tuesdays\-4\-6pm Location: Palma Ceia (South Tampa), FL — Must live in South Tampa or have a quick, reliable commute. We are seeking a sharp, organized Office \& Front Desk Manager to be the welcoming face and operational core of our center. Key Responsibilities * Student Flow \& Operations: Direct student arrivals, seating, and dismissals during peak hours (2:00–7:00 PM) to maintain a smooth, focused classroom environment. Prep daily student materials and study folders. * Parent Relations: Act as the primary, friendly point of contact for families—handling check\-ins, attendance, scheduling inquiries, and general customer service. * Team Supervision: Guide and manage assistant staff and graders during sessions to ensure accuracy, proper grading pace, and high standards. * Tech \& Office Admin: Manage student records using Kumon center software, MS Office, Google Workspace, and AI productivity tools to keep administrative workflows fast and efficient. Qualifications * Education: College Degree required (Bachelor’s). * Experience: Proven track record in office management, administrative operations, or front desk roles. * Tech Skills: Highly proficient with MS Office, Google Ecosystem, web tools, and AI applications. * Location: South Tampa resident or short local commute. * Soft Skills: Excellent communication, strong multitasking ability, and a poised, warm demeanor during busy student rush hours.
