This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to combine driving expertise with excellent customer service in a fast\-paced environment. **Duties** * Safely operate shuttle vehicles, vans, or buses to transport clients to medical appointments, therapy sessions, or community events. * Properly secure passengers using wheelchairs in accordance with ADA and safety regulations. * Operate wheelchair lifts and ramps safely while assisting passengers in and out of the vehicle. * Utilize four\-point tie\-down systems, lap belts, and shoulder restraints to ensure safe wheelchair securement during transport. * Inspect wheelchair securement equipment daily to verify proper functionality and safety compliance. * Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, providing compassionate support and ensuring their comfort. * Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to guarantee safety and compliance with all transportation regulations. * Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, and passenger details for record\-keeping and reporting purposes. * Communicate effectively with dispatchers, healthcare facilities, and clients to coordinate schedules and address any issues promptly. * Assist ambulatory and wheelchair passengers as needed * Ensure vehicles are clean, well\-maintained, and ready for daily
