Job description
Scarpignato Plumbing \& Heating LLC is looking for an experienced plumbing service technician who knows the trade, takes pride in clean work, and wants to be part of a company that actually respects experienced plumbers.
This is a good fit for someone who has been in the field for years, has real service experience, and is tired of being treated like just another number. You know how to troubleshoot. You know how to talk to customers. You know what good work looks like. Now you’re looking for a company that values that experience and gives you the support to do your job the right way.
We are a growing, multi\-truck plumbing company serving Delaware County and the surrounding areas. We handle residential and light commercial service plumbing, water heaters, gas lines, repairs, replacements, fixture work, and installations.
This is a plumbing service position — not a drain cleaning position.
Our company also handles drains, sewers, excavation, and trenchless sewer repairs, but we have dedicated team members and equipment for most of that work. We also have other service technicians, laborers, and helpers on staff, so you are not expected to carry every job alone.
Why This Is a Good Opportunity
A lot of good plumbers reach a point where they are not looking for hype, empty promises, or a company that just wants to squeeze more calls out of them.
They want to be respected. They want steady work. They want support. They want to be paid fairly. They want to work with people who understand the trade. They want to come to work, do quality work, and not feel like they are being hung out to dry.
That is the kind of company we are trying to build.
At Scarpignato Plumbing \& Heating, you’ll be joining a team with other service technicians, laborers, helpers, office support, and owner involvement. You’ll have people behind you when a job needs another set of hands, heavier labor, drain/sewer support, or specialty equipment.
