Executive Housekeeping Manager

Responsibilities: \- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department \- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure a clean and sanitary environment \- Train and supervise housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance \- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met \- Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to address guest needs and resolve issues \- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and maintenance \- Collaborate with management to develop and implement policies and procedures related to housekeeping \- Handle guest complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping services Experience: \- Previous experience in hospitality industry, preferably in a leadership role.
