Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher

White River Plumbing is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated **Customer Service Representative (CSR)/Dispatcher** to be the first point of contact for our customers. What You'll Do * Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm. * Schedule plumbing service appointments efficiently. * Dispatch technicians and manage daily schedules. * Follow up with customers on estimates and unsold jobs. * Confirm appointments and communicate arrival times. * Process payments and assist with invoicing. * Request Google reviews after completed jobs. * Maintain accurate customer records in our software. * Work closely with the owner and technicians to ensure exceptional customer service. Qualifications * Previous customer service experience required. * Dispatching experience is a plus (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or home services preferred). * Excellent phone and communication skills. * Strong computer and typing skills. * Ability to multitask in a fast\-paced environment. * Positive attitude and professional appearance. * Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
