Licensed Independent Social Worker

Role: Agency Clinical Supervision Only (No Direct Client Caseload) Part time 1\-6 Hours a week Francine’s Legacy is seeking a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) to provide clinical supervision and professional oversight to clinicians who are not independently licensed. This role focuses exclusively on clinical supervision, case consultation, and documentation review to support the delivery of high\-quality behavioral health services. The Clinical Supervisor will assist clinicians with clinical decision\-making, treatment planning, and case conceptualization while ensuring services are delivered in accordance with professional standards, ethical guidelines, and organizational policies. This position is designed for an experienced behavioral health professional who enjoys mentoring clinicians and helping strengthen clinical practice within a supportive treatment environment. Responsibilities * Provide regular clinical supervision and consultation to non\-independently licensed clinicians. * Review clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, to ensure quality and compliance. * Provide guidance on diagnosis, treatment planning, and evidence\-based interventions. * Support clinicians in addressing complex cases, ethical concerns, and crisis situations. * Ensure clinical services align with behavioral health standards and agency policies. * Maintain appropriate documentation of supervision and consultation sessions. Qualifications * Active LPCC or LISW license in good standing in Ohio. * Experience in mental health or behavioral health treatment settings. * Strong understanding of clinical documentation, treatment planning, and ethical practice standards. * Experience providing clinical consultation, supervision, or mentorship preferred. * Strong communication and leadership skills to support clinician development.
