**General Dentist (Part\-Time) – Growth \& Partnership Opportunity** **Location:** Sacramento, CA New acquired dental office is seeking a motivated and patient\-focused General Dentist to join our growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate or an experienced dentist looking to become part of a modern practice with significant growth potential. We are looking for someone who enjoys providing high\-quality patient care, values teamwork, and is interested in growing with the practice over time. Position * Part\-time: **2 days per week** to start * 8\-hour clinical days * Opportunity to increase days as the practice grows * PPO practice * Modern office with **3 fully equipped operatories** * Digital panoramic X\-ray * Intraoral scanner * Friendly, bilingual team Compensation * **Guaranteed minimum of $800 per day** * Productivity bonus * Long\-term opportunity for partnership/ownership with the practice Responsibilities * Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop treatment plans. * Provide restorative dentistry, simple extractions, preventive care, crowns, bridges, dentures, and other general dentistry procedures. * Educate patients on oral health and treatment options. * Maintain accurate clinical documentation. * Collaborate with the dental team to provide an excellent patient experience. * Follow all infection control and California dental regulations. Qualifications * DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. * Active California dental license (or eligible before start date). * DEA license (or ability to obtain). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong commitment to patient\-centered care. * **New graduates are encouraged to apply.** Mentorship is available.
