PART-TIME** | Delivery Driver Box Truck

**Position Title:** Driver **Position Type:** Part Time, Hourly, **Schedule:** Hot\-shot deliveries, schedule will vary daily Our business is multi\-faceted, and you may deliver anything from food and beverages to linen and/or do restaurant and bar deliveries of janitorial supplies. A Driver is responsible for counting items and delivering them to our customers, verifying delivery, and may be asked to pick up items that vary. **Position Summary:** We are looking for a Driver to pick up and deliver various goods to various customers in a comfortable, safe, and timely manner. Outside of completing daily routes (that may change), Driver responsibilities include arranging regular cleaning and maintenance services for the vehicle, planning each route based on road and traffic conditions, and managing payments. Ultimately, you will help us increase customer satisfaction, ensuring our clients are happy with their delivery and service. To be considered for this role, you should have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record with no traffic violations. Note that you don’t need to have a car; we provide drivers with our vehicles; however, you need a reliable mode of transport for arriving and departing work daily. * Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip * Deliver goods to customers in excellent condition with accurate counts * Collect payments and issue receipts * Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up\-to\-date on road conditions. * Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road construction as needed * Ensure the truck(s) are clean and comfortable for all riders * Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues **Job Requirements:** The job requirements for a Driver are straightforward. The essential requirements are that you must be authorized to work in the U.S., be 18 years of age, and have a valid driver’s license with proven experience as a driver. You must also pass a background check.
