We are seeking a highly motivated and detail\-oriented individual to join our team as a Stocker/Cashier. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure effective merchandise management and inventory tracking, product presentation, and maximization of consumer sales engagement.
The ideal candidate:
* Is extremely organized
* Can handle accountability on valuable inventory
* Has an eye for consumer trending
* Communicates professionally and effectively
* Has a high school diploma or equivalent
* Has some schedule flexibility if needed to travel to various store locations as required.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Knowledge of inventory control principles and practices
* Proficient in using cash registers and POS systems
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
* Basic math skills for retail calculations
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
Responsibilities:
\- Drive sales floor and implement and execute merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility.
\- Collaborate with the buying team to develop effective product assortments and ensure proper inventory levels.
\- Conduct regular inventory Audits
\- Maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure proper execution of merchandising plans.
\- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations.
\- Stay up\-to\-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform merchandising decisions.
