Associate General Dentist

Star Dental is seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join our modern, high\-volume, patient\-centered practice. You will have the autonomy to practice high\-quality, evidence\-based dentistry while being supported by an experienced team, efficient workflows, and a steady flow of patients. Our focus is simple: exceptional care, long\-term patient relationships, and a positive team culture. **This is a very busy office with immediate production opportunity.** **Compensation** * ***32%\+ of adjusted collection*** **What You’ll Do** * Provide comprehensive oral exams and accurate diagnoses * Create and present clear, patient\-focused treatment plans * Perform a full scope of general dentistry including restorative, crowns, bridges, endodontics, extractions * Deliver compassionate care to both adult and pediatric patients * Educate patients on prevention, oral health, and post\-treatment care * Work efficiently with assistants using four\-handed dentistry * Maintain thorough and compliant clinical documentation * Prescribe medications appropriately when needed * Collaborate closely with hygiene and front office teams * Coordinate referrals and maintain continuity of care * Follow all OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols **What We’re Looking For** * DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school * Active Colorado dental license or eligibility to obtain * Strong clinical skills in general and restorative dentistry * Comfort treating patients of all ages * Excellent communication and patient relationship skills * Current CPR and BLS certification * DEA registration and active NPI number * Commitment to continuing education and clinical growth **Why Join Star Dent
