This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology skills and hospitality industry experience in a fast\-paced environment that values professionalism and fun. **Duties** * Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non\-alcoholic options with precision and flair * Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or food pairings to enhance their experience * Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards and health regulations * Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to keep the menu fresh and exciting * Manage bar inventory, monitor stock levels, and place orders for supplies as needed * Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give accurate change while ensuring a smooth flow during busy hours **Experience** * Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining or high\-volume restaurant settings with strong cocktail\-making skills * Knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing * Demonstrated ability in beverage recipe development, mixology techniques, and spirits knowledge * Experience with wine service, beer brewing or craft beer selection is highly desirable * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally * Familiarity with food handling procedures, food safety stand
