Finish Carpenter

**Job Summary** We are seeking a skilled and detail\-oriented Finish Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing precise finish carpentry work that enhances the aesthetic and functional quality of residential, commercial, and restoration projects. Your expertise will ensure that all interior and exterior finishes meet high standards of craftsmanship, safety, and durability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects, from remodeling to new construction, utilizing your comprehensive carpentry skills and industry experience. **Duties** * Measure, cut, assemble, and install trim, molding, cabinetry, doors, windows, and other finish elements with accuracy and attention to detail * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise installation of fixtures and finishes * Install fixtures such as doors, trim, cabinets, countertops, shelving units, and hardware in accordance with project specifications * Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete tasks on time while maintaining quality standards * Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to coordinate work sequences and ensure seamless project flow **Skills** * Extensive experience in finish carpentry including trim carpentry, cabinet installation, door hanging, and fixture placement * Proficiency with construction estimating for material needs and project planning * Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate execution of projects * Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper ergonomics during demanding tasks * Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and industry standards for restoration or remodeling projects Pay: $40\.00 \- $70\.00 per hour Work Location: In person
