Non-Teaching Assistant (NTA) Part-Time

PART\-TIME NON\-TEACHING ASSISTANT (NTA) Impact Charter School West (ICS West) is looking to hire Non\-Teaching Assistants. **This is a part\-time position with work hours Monday\-Friday from 8:45am\-4:45pm.** The Non\-Teaching Assistant (NTA) has the following responsibilities: **Student Support:** Provides supervision of students in designated assignment area(s) \- (Cafeteria, Hallway, Classrooms, or Playground) Incorporates the tenets of the Responsive Classroom/Development Designs model at all times (i.e., when responding to student behavior challenges, etc.) as well as any other programs designed to support students. **Administrative:** Assists as directed by the Dean and/or Lead NTA with administrative tasks Reports any urgent, safety, or behavior situations in a timely manner (verbally and in writing, as indicated by school policy) Other Duties, as assigned (i.e., assisting with arrival/dismissal, etc.) **Qualifications:** Prior work experience in a school is preferred . Proven willingness and ability to collaborate with a diverse community of colleagues, parents/guardians and community members. Proven ability to take initiative and to problem solve. High School Diploma or GED. Must obtain PA Criminal, FBI and Child Abuse Clearances. Job Type: Part\-time Pay: From $15\.00 per hour Work Location: In person
