Schedule * **Monday – Friday:** 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM * **Saturday:** 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM * Full\-Time Position Job Description We currently have positions available with opportunities for advancement within our company. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, dependable, and always puts the customer first. We're looking for someone with a **"whatever it takes"** attitude who is willing to help wherever needed. Responsibilities * Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude. * Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer questions. * Receive, inspect, and enter garments into our computer system. * Perform quality control on completed orders before delivery. * Assemble and organize customer orders. * Organize delivery routes and prepare orders for drivers. * Communicate with customers and delivery drivers by phone and text. * Assist with general store operations and maintain a clean, organized workspace. * Work as part of a team to provide an outstanding customer experience. Qualifications * **Fluent in English and Spanish (Required).** * Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills. * Strong communication skills by phone, text, and email. * Reliable, punctual, and detail\-oriented. * Comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment. * Basic computer skills are a plus, but not required. * No experience necessary—we will train the right person!
