In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and providing exceptional customer service. You will manage the front of the house operations, including greeting guests, managing reservations, and processing payments. Your ability to create a positive dining experience will be key to our success. **Responsibilities** * Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. * Manage reservations and waitlists effectively to optimize seating arrangements. * Provide guests with menus and inform them about daily specials. * Take food and beverage orders accurately using the Toast POS system. * Process payments efficiently while ensuring accuracy in transactions. * Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front\-of\-house area. * Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow. * Uphold high standards of guest relations and customer service at all times. **Experience** * Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles is preferred, particularly in hotel or restaurant settings. * Familiarity with POS systems. * Strong phone etiquette skills for handling reservations and inquiries. * Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * A passion for food service and helping others create memorable experiences is essential.
