**Customer Service Executive / Beauty Concierge (Remote)** **Location:** Remote **Employment Type:** Full\-Time Responsibilities * Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, calls and chat. * Recommend suitable beauty services and explain treatments. * Manage bookings, rescheduling and cancellations. * Upsell services and packages. * Follow up with enquiries to maximise conversions. * Coordinate with planners and technicians. * Deliver excellent customer service. Requirements * Excellent English communication. * Previous customer service or sales experience. * Strong knowledge of beauty services (Hair, Nails, Massage, Facials, Waxing, Threading, Eyelash, Hair Treatments, Moroccan Bath, etc.). * Comfortable using CRM and WhatsApp Business. * Detail\-oriented and able to multitask.
