**Reports To: Beverage Manager / Assistant General Manager**

**Position Summary:**
The Bartender is responsible for crafting high\-quality beverages with precision and efficiency while providing outstanding service to guests. This role plays a key part in upholding Philippe Chow’s standards of excellence through refined presentation, product knowledge, and hospitality. The ideal candidate is poised, detail\-oriented, and thrives in a fast\-paced, upscale environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Prepare and serve a full range of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non\-alcoholic beverages according to Philippe Chow’s recipes and presentation standards.
* Deliver a polished, engaging, and memorable bar experience to guests, whether at the bar or through service staff.
* Maintain expert knowledge of the bar menu, wine list, and all specialty cocktails.
* Monitor guest behavior and consumption to ensure a safe, responsible environment.
* Manage bar mise en place including stocking, cleaning, restocking, and maintaining all tools and ingredients.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with health and safety standards.
* Collaborate with service staff to ensure timely drink delivery and smooth service flow.
* Handle transactions accurately using the POS system.
* Adhere to all state and local laws regarding alcohol service.
**Qualifications:**
* Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high\-volume, upscale or fine\-dining environment.
