Customer Service Representative **Hawthorne Plumbing, Heating \& Cooling — Las Vegas, NV** **Pay:** $20–$24 per hour, depending on experience **Schedule:** Full\-time, Tuesday–Saturday, 9:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m. **Work Location:** In person — Las Vegas, Nevada Hawthorne Plumbing, Heating \& Cooling is looking for an experienced home\-services Customer Service Representative who takes pride in providing excellent customer care. Responsibilities * Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally * Listen carefully and identify the type of service the customer needs * Schedule plumbing, heating, and cooling service appointments * Respond to missed calls and customer inquiries * Assist customers with appointment confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations * Provide basic information about services and appointment procedures * Make customer follow\-up calls when needed * Help fill available appointment openings * Enter complete and accurate customer information and call notes * Communicate important details to dispatchers, technicians, and managers * Follow established call\-handling and scheduling procedures * Recognize urgent situations and escalate them appropriately * Maintain a calm, reassuring, and helpful attitude during busy call periods * Work closely with other office team members to provide a smooth customer experience Qualifications * Previous customer\-service experience with an HVAC, plumbing, electrical, restoration, garage\-door, pest\-control, or similar home\-services company * Experience answering phones and booking service appointments * St
