**Barista / Cashier** **Full\-Time \| Tuesday–Saturday \| $20/hr. with tips** **Nathaniel Reid Bakery – Kirkwood, MO** Nathaniel Reid Bakery is an award\-winning bakery known for high\-quality pastries, desserts, and sandwiches. We’re looking for a hard\-working Barista/Cashier with a passion for providing excellent food and service. **Pay \& Schedule** * $8\.60/hr. base \+ tips, averaging $20/hr * Shifts typically fall between 7:30am–5:30pm, Tues–Sat * (Common shifts include 7:30–3:30, 7:55–4:00, or 9:30–5:30\) * We're closed Sundays, Mondays, and most major holidays **What You’ll Do** * Greet customers, take orders, and create a warm, welcoming experience * Prepare espresso drinks and serve bakery items * Operate the register and handle transactions accurately * Keep the space clean, stocked, and organized * Package and present retail items for sale * Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with front and back\-of\-house team **What We’re Looking For** * Welcoming, reliable, and professional * Comfortable in a fast\-paced environment * Takes initiative and works well in a team * Detail\-oriented, especially when it comes to cleanliness and presentation * Able to lift up to 60 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods * 1\+ year hospitality, food service, or cashier experience preferred **Benefits** * 401(k) retirement plan with 3% contribution—no match required * Profit sharing * Paid time off * Employee discount Apply now on Indeed or at nrbakery.com/careers to join one of the region’s most celebrated bakeries.
