Landscaper/Groundskeeper

*Experienced Groundskeeper/Grounds Porter \- FULL TIME \- CONTRACT* ***JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Daily blowing of parking lots, sidewalks, and patios using backpack leaf blower * Daily upkeep of plants, flower beds, pots, and gravel areas * Pressure Washing Sidewalks \& Patios as needed. * Planting Flowersď Trees, other plants as needed. * Planting artificial plants, replacing artificial plants/flowers. * Cleaning Fountain Weekly * Exterior touch\-up painting as needed. * Assist in other types of service, within limits, such as: replace light bulbs for outside lighting, trash removal, porter duties. * Other related duties, as assigned. **QUALIFICATIONS:** * ***\*\*\*Requires physical ability to work outdoors in the sun \& heat for extended periods, including carrying 80lbs backpack blower daily!*** * *\*\*\*Must have a valid AZ Driver's License* * *\*\*\*Knowledge of mixing oil/gas for leaf blower, etc.* * *\*\*\*Knowledge of Safe operation of gardening equipment \& tools.* ***Must enjoy working independently with excellent ATTENTION TO DETAIL to keep grounds, plants, and flowerbeds looking great!*** **About the Company:** Chateau Luxe is a luxury North Phoenix Event Venue hosting weddings, corporate conferences, and other events. This position is responsible for maintaining the grounds ensuring a neat and orderly appearance of the facility, blowing debris, planting flowers, pruning and trimming of all plants.
