Customer Service & Social Media Coordinator

Phresh Prints Ink is one of Philadelphia's go\-to custom apparel and uniform shops — screen printing, embroidery, DTG/DTF, and team uniforms for schools, sports programs, and businesses across the city. We're growing, and we're looking for a Customer Service \& Social Media Coordinator to keep our customers happy and our brand loud online. This is a full\-time, onsite role for someone who's computer\-savvy, learns fast, brings good energy every day, and gets things done without being chased. What you'll do: \- Answer customer emails, calls, and DMs — quick, warm, and professional \- Take orders, follow up on quotes, and keep customers updated through production \- Run our social media: create posts, reels, and stories that show off our work \- Help with marketing — promotions, email blasts, and keeping our webstores fresh \- Keep our order system organized so nothing slips through the cracks You're a great fit if you: \- Are comfortable learning new software fast (we'll train you on our systems) \- Write clearly and sound friendly in writing \- Have an eye for social content and enjoy being creative \- Stay organized and follow through \- Bring positive, productive energy to a fast\-paced shop Details: Full\-time, onsite in Philadelphia (Fox St / East Falls area). Pay $18–$22/hr depending on experience. Pay: $18\.00 \- $22\.00 per hour Work Location: In person
