Both full\-time and part\-time positions are available. Our facility operates Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM and Saturday through Sunday from 6:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Schedules will vary based on operational needs. **Responsibilities** * Provide direct, hands\-on care to medically complex pediatric patients in a structured extended care setting * Monitor and document patient health status, vital signs, and response to treatment plans * Assist with activities of daily living, feeding, mobility, and personal hygiene as appropriate to scope of practice * Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within licensure scope * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including physicians, therapists, and family members to ensure individualized and comprehensive care * Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for all patients * Communicate effectively with families r
