This is a highly visible, hands\-on leadership role that requires someone who can effectively manage daily production activities while building strong relationships with employees on the plant floor. The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading from the front, working alongside the crew, and ensuring production goals, quality standards, and safety expectations are achieved.
