**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a **Bilingual Assistant Plant Manager** to help lead our manufacturing operation and support a dedicated team of fewer than 20 employees. This is a highly visible, hands\-on leadership role that requires someone who can effectively manage daily production activities while building strong relationships with employees on the plant floor. The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading from the front, working alongside the crew, and ensuring production goals, quality standards, and safety expectations are achieved.
This position is not an office\-based management role; it requires daily engagement in plant operations and active participation in production when needed.
**Key Responsibilities:**
