As a Groundsman, you will assist with a wide range of tasks that ensure the safety and aesthetic appeal of outdoor spaces while gaining valuable hands\-on experience in tree removal, pruning, and land maintenance. **Responsibilities** * Assist with tree removal, pruning, trimming, and planting using proper arborist rigging techniques and safety protocols * Operate equipment such as bucket trucks, chainsaws, and other landscaping tools safely and efficiently * Follow safety procedures rigorously during all outdoor work activities to prevent accidents or injuries * Support rigging operations for tree care or removal projects, ensuring proper use of equipment like ropes, pulleys, and harnesses **Requirements** * Prior outdoor work experience with a focus on horticulture or landscaping is preferred * Knowledge of arborist rigging techniques, tree care practices, and tree removal procedures * Ability to operate chainsaws, and other landscaping machinery safely * Familiarity with plant pruning care, tree trimming, lawn care, and general landscaping principles * Strong understanding of safety protocol adherence during all outdoor activities * Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions Join us to contribute to vibrant landscapes while developing your skills in tree care and land management.
